March Rodeo Entries:

Entries for the March 28-30, 2025, Rodeo now CLOSED.

Important Deadlines for March Rodeo:​

  • Regular Entry Deadline: March 15, 2025, at 8:00 PM

  • Late Entry Period: March 15 (after 8:00 PM) –  March 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM
    (Late fees of $25 per day apply)

  • Final Entry Deadline: March 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM – No entries accepted after this date; no exceptions.

  • Weather Notice: If this rodeo is rained out, CJCA Finals will move to June 22, 2025.

​Note: All entries and payments must be made through our online entry system via KCI, the platform we use for both entries and memberships. You can complete your entry and pay by credit card directly through the KCI website using the links at the bottom of this page. 

 

Once entered, double-check your receipt to ensure your entry is correct.

 

Please remember this is TWO SEPARATE rodeos—be sure to enter both days!

  • Saturday's poles will run on Friday, March 28, at 6:00 PM

  • Sunday's poles will run on Saturday

Contestant Information:

  • Make sure to include your member ID on the entry form—there’s a member ID lookup option at the top of the form.

  • Once you’ve entered your member number and clicked "lookup," your name will show up if you’re eligible to compete.

  • Make sure the email address listed is current, as your confirmation will be sent there.

  • If you don’t receive a confirmation number, your entry is not complete.

 

Important Entry Information:

  • Finals Eligibility: To qualify for the CJCA Finals Rodeo, contestants must have participated in at least half of the season’s rodeos plus one. This applies to each event you plan to compete in at the finals.

  • Membership: You must be a member in good standing, including paying your membership fee, fulfilling your sponsorship, and completing volunteer requirements.

  • Year-End Awards: To be eligible for year-end awards, you must meet the same participation and membership requirements as for the finals. Additionally, you must compete in the finals for each event in which you want to qualify for year-end awards.

 

Team Roping Updates:

  • Team Ropers must rope in their designated age groups: 11-14 or 15-19. You can enter team roping twice (two runs).

  • Partner Rules: You can only rope with the same partner once (even if switching ends).

  • Ghost Partner: You may use a ghost partner for only one of your two runs.

  • Picked Partners: Make sure your chosen partner has entered or will enter by the deadline. Sharing your member number with your partner will help streamline the entry process.
